Beautiful patterned papers with coordinating embellishments such as ribbons, rub-ons, chipboard, and metal accessories are the traditional methods that have been used to scrapbook over the years. Paper collections are becoming more and more detailed and offer many more options to the paper scrapper. Mix and match reversible papers, textured cardstocks, coordinating die cut shapes and other embellishments create the perfect combination! New designs are featured monthly at I Remember When. Watch for their monthly mini-supplements to see the hottest trends in the scrapbooking industry!
Been wanting to try digital scrapbooking? Ask me for suggestions. Many programs have ready-made templates and elements
to make your digital scrapbooking fast and easy with a professional look! With today's digital cameras, it is easy to
download pictures directly into digital programs. Add a little
journaling and you're done. You can create multiple copies or edit
copies for additional albums. You will be surprised at how much faster you can create beautiful pages! Print full pages to the size you desire, 8x10, 6x6, 12x12.
Hybrid scrapping is using some digital elements along with some traditional paper and embellishments. If you don't own a 12x12 printer, print a smaller size page, attach it to a 12x12 paper and embellish or journal in the blank areas. Once you start scrapping digitally, you may not want to go back to traditional paper scrapbooking.
